Look, I don’t want to freak you out, but we are living in scary times.
Modern living is killing the planet and it’s slowly killing us.
Let me put this into perspective for you…
We’ve had millions of years of pure, clean food and water. Changes were made in the last 100 years that are threatening to take that from us. We don’t evolve fast enough for how much our environment is changing. We weren’t designed to live in our current world of man-made chemicals, toxins, and pollutants.
For instance, there was a study done that looked at the blood of babies born in American hospitals. They looked for 415 chemicals and found traces of 287 of them in the babies’ blood.
They couldn’t have gotten there through contact or breathing. They had to get there directly from their mothers and their environment.
Toxins are everywhere – in the air, in the things we handle, in the household and workplace items we use every day … even in our food and water. Things like:
- Clothing fabric
- Carpeting
- Paper coatings
- Plastic
- Fossil fuel emissions
- Computers
- Televisions
- Pesticides
- Burning Garbage
- Lubricants
- Varnishes
- Insulation

- Vitiligo
- Rheumatoid arthritis
1. Healthy diet
In order to keep your body free of the dangerous toxins, you should avoid sugar, processed foods, GMOs, and refined and pasteurized foods.
Also, you should intake the use of caffeine drinks and alcohol, and focus on fish, probiotics, seeds, coconut, avocado, and olive oil, nuts, etc. Increase the intake of alkaline foods, and avoid birth control pills and tap water.
2. Colon cleanse
In order to eliminate all waste deposits from the colon, you can use coffee enemas, Indian gooseberry, and Triphala. Moreover, increase the intake of plants, Aloe Vera, coconut kefir, fennel, ginger, garlic, foods rich in vitamin C, and drink water without fluoride.
3. Liver cleanse
To naturally cleanse your liver, you should consume garlic, beets, turmeric, dandelion root, and castor oil, as well as olive shots with a bit of lemon juice. In the case of gallstones, eat tart apples once a week and drink carrot juice.
