Cabbage Juice Can Fight Cancer! Here’s How To Prepare It!
Few people know about the many amazing health benefits of cabbage. This veggie is true elixir of health. Besides the big concentrations of vitamin C, cabbage contains big amounts of vitamin K, manganese, lesser amounts of vitamin B6, calcium, potassium and thiamine, choline anti-oxidants, beta carotene and indole. The red cabbage has higher health benefits than the green one.

SIMPLE RECIPE FOR CABBAGE JUICE
You will need a juicer for this one. Just slice the cabbage and throw it in the juicer. All you need is 1 glass of cabbage juice. Drink 1 glass of cabbage juice in the mornings on an empty stomach.
Ingredients:
¼ or ½ cabbage
¼ glass of water
If you want to improve the taste, you can add a couple of carrots. You can also add apple, kiwi, ginger, orange, beetroot or other organic fruit or vegetable, it’s your choice.
